Why a Kapwork account

The tracker shows you the next job. Kapwork helps you get paid for the last one.

You finished the work. The invoice is approved. Payroll is Friday and the money lands in 60 to 120 days. Kapwork certifies that invoice in your customer's own system, so a funder can see it's real without taking your word for it. Certified invoices get funded faster and at better rates, and you stay in control.

  • Better rates. Funders bid 85 to 95 percent of face on certified invoices, against 80 to 90 uncertified. About $5,000 more on a $100,000 invoice.
  • Faster. The invoice arrives already proven. The funder's clock starts the day it appears.
  • Private. Your customer never learns you financed the invoice and never hears from Kapwork or the funder. No lien, no notice.
  • Your call. Several funders compete. You see the offers and decide. Kapwork isn't a lender or a factor and takes no cut from you.
Certify your invoicesFree for businesses. The funder pays Kapwork, and only when you accept an offer.

What's in the tracker today.

This tracker covers the Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) program, a $42.45 billion federal program to expand high-speed internet access. Records can lag state announcements. Award status, planned schedules and payment records describe separate facts, and we label them.

Coming next: data center buildouts and federal contract awards. Not searchable yet.
